Liked: Left my rings and now they can’t find them even after confirming they found them over the phone. They said I was supposed to get them quickly and waiting 2 weeks because I was out of town caused them to keep my 2 pandora rings

Disliked: This day the hotel had a electrical black out, the manager don’t give us option for breakfast, that was my principal reason to booking you and we leaves the hotel with hungry

Disliked: Need sodas and water and snacks to buy at the desk. Soda machine did not work. Took my money and they had no way of giving it back
