Liked: The only redeeming quality about this experience was the staff members
Disliked: The property was fine I suppose. Location is outside of town but only by a few minutes, so while it wasn’t within walking distance of anything worth walking to, It was close enough to drive. The issue we had was with the cleanliness of our room. It was the most disgusting room we’ve ever stayed in. We have both worked in hospitality, cleaning rooms and as janitors so we know how difficult it is to clean up after certain guests, but there is no excuse with the amount of hair and pubic hair and urine left in our room. See pictures down below. I felt gross walking around in the hotel room knowing that there was this much visible hair everywhere because that means the room probably did not get vacuumed or sanitized either. The bedding was wrinkled in a way that did not look like it had been washed, there were some medium length black head hairs on the pillows and sheets. There were the same hairs all over the bathroom floor, tub and toilet. There were pubic hairs left in the tub and urine droplets on the underside of the toilet seat . There were splatters on both the Full length mirror, and the mirror in the bathroom. Just disgusting. The main reason we chose the comfort inn was because the one we stayed at in Deming Texas was really clean so it’s not a bad company but whoever was doing housekeeping the night before we stayed, there should be let go.

I loved my stay and...

Liked: The employees were extremely helpful and made my stay most enjoyable. The day and evening check in clerks were friendly and charming. I totally will have friends and relatives stay at this COMFORT INN..
Disliked: I can't say anything was wrong with this property other than young screaming children at breakfast. But the staff was not at fault. Some parents need help.
