Liked: It was close to downtown Deadwood and all it has to offer. Minutes from Terrry Peak Ski Resort on the other side.
Disliked: Desk managers and cleaners were absent and/or lazy. Maid service is by request. After the second night we tried every day for maid service. We couldn’t find anyone working the desk, and when we finally did, we asked for towels and trash removal but it never happened. We were forced to grab our own towels and supplies from the maid service room, and to take our own trash to the dumpster. The snow and ice was never cleared from the parking lot and walkways.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good. Trolley picked-up right at the front door of hotel.
Disliked: The bar was not opened all weekend. That's the biggest reason we stayed there. We wanted to hang around the motel as must as we could have. That was the biggest disappointment of our trip. We were there celebrating our Anniversary, my wife birthday Saturday and My birthday on monday.
