Liked: It was so dirty we left after 20 minutes blood on curtains filth on shower floor skid marks in toilet and just plain bad

Disliked: Tv and wifi constantly stopped working

Good value, comfortable, accepting, but...

Liked: It was overall pretty good, clean for the most part and some of the staff were nice.
Disliked: There were a few small stains on the bed sheets and some on the carpet, but it felt sanitized and properly clean enough.

It met our needs, but...

Liked: Basic needs were met. Clean, fairly comfortable room. Nice, large tv.
Disliked: Pool is very small. Breakfast didn’t have a lot to offer and the staff didn’t refill items that were gone. Despite not being busy, you had to ask at front desk and wait a while for food items to be replenished. A/C was at max and room still felt warm. Fridge was cool, but not cold. Noisy guests across the hall in middle of night, but that can happen anywhere. A bit surprised the front desk let it continue for so long though since we were only about 20 feet from the desk.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was easy, right off the expressway. The staff was very helpful. My husband left his wallet in the room after we checked out. We called the front desk and they were able to locate it and kept it safe until we could return to retrieve it. Every dollar was accounted for. We really appreciated their help!
