Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Not that anything was bad per se, just wish it was closer to The Potters House, in which we were there to attend.

I enjoyed the late breakfast and late checkout that was available.

Liked: How close it was to the Medical Center
Disliked: The ac/heater didn't work in our room. There was a chair and ottoman that was tore up and looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road.

You take the potential break-in...

Liked: check in process was smooth (booked with Booking.com) the location after pulling in and after reviewing others reviews concerned me, (3.5 stars) but I gave it a chance--mistake!
Disliked: I will never stay in this facility again. I checked in around 8 p.m. and before 8 a.m. the next day, my truck's catalytic converter had been removed/stolen. I was parked intentionally below a light pole and there was a camera facing the back of my truck yet the management, when asked to see video, said there was no evidence anyone was on video near my truck!!! I was out over $6,000 for repair! The breakfast was ok at best...cold eggs, not enough utensils to serve yourself, and no milk for children (had to use milk for cereal) I will NOT go back and they offered no help with expense of taking taxi to and from children's hospital for care of family member! And come to find out, front desk clerk said this has happened several times before!
