Liked: Lady at desk was amazing. Clean rooms comfortable beds.
Disliked: Only thing I would say I didn't like is not enough cream an sugar packets for in room coffee.

Liked: The hotel was clean, the breakfast included was great and the staff were always so nice. The location is a bit away from downtown but we would stay there again over a hotel we switched to that was right in town. Beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: The elevator wasn't working on the last day so we had to bring our luggage down there stairway from the third floor. It wasn't ideal but the front desk called to let us know in advance so it wasn't a surprise to us. They even offered to get our luggage and bring it down for us.

Liked: The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a hot breakfast. The coffee was very good.
Disliked: The walls were too thin. People were noisy in the hallway and in the next room.
