Liked: The pool and room exceptional staff very courteous
Disliked: The hundred dollar hold on room. Which I have still not received back on my card. During checkout I was told the hold was released but have not seen the return on my credit card. The only complaint I had bathroom towel rack was broken upon arriving at room

Stay, room, staff, and all...
Liked: Everything was great. I do however am not at all impressed with the fact that you feel the need to charge an additional $100 on my charge card for deposit and this can take up to 10 days to come off. We stay in hotels a fair amount of days per year and never am I asked for a deposit. I will in the future contact the location prior to booking with your locations to confirm the deposit and amount. I will not choose a location that charges that high of rate in the future. I understand the amount comes off, although I am in no way interested in your company holding money in any manner. We treat every location we stay as if it is our own. To be honest I dont remember this type of deposit applied to my card in the past at any amount.
