Liked: Felt pricy for what it was

Great

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean. Most importantly the room was cool, the air worked perfectly, we like it cool.

Not so bad and not...

Disliked: Overall property at Covington is bit expensive as compared to the services providers

Everything was exceptional except the...

Liked: Breakfast was as expected, a little above average.
Disliked: Pillows were terrible! Like sleeping with rocks in a pillowcase!

Liked: I don't ride elevators so the staff help me m push my cart in the elevator and took it on the 2nd floor for me. They went out if their way to help me.

Musty smelling rooms

Liked: Hotel room was musty smelling...accommodation filter? Gen room condition? Not good for sleeping. It was okay..

Nice, clean, accommodation, bad AC.

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, food was decent. That hits most of my requirements.
Disliked: The room AC unit was blowing moldy, mildewey air around the room. It smelt really bad. The AC unit needs cleaning or replacing. Gross..... Also, their pillows were small and square and not like normal pillows. Not the end of the world, just odd.
