Disliked: I tried eight times to reach this facility with the local number and could never ever get through. They screwed up the payment on my credit card. And even your 800 number I couldn't get through to them. When you checked in late at night the desk clerk was hardly coherent. I can't see me putting up any more family members in this hotel even though the value was good and the location was perfect.

Liked: Location was perfect for our stay for Hawkeye game
Disliked: My husband was woke in the middle of the night by loud pounding. Staff was trying to break into a safe. Cops were called my husband had no sleep and we were told we would get discounted room by the manager. Then my credit card was charged twice. Owner refused to give me discounted price for the room.

Disliked: Gave us a room that had not been cleaned since people used it last Garbage in bags, messed up bed, dirty bathroom. Had to request a new room. Shower rod was totally bent and water went all over bathroom.

Denver to Toronto stop over.

Liked: The breakfast was what you normally expect from a hotel in the lower price range. The gas station was right next store and they had everything we needed in the way of food and drink for our late arrival to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: The only two things I noticed was that there was no hot water in the breakfast area. I had to go back to the room to use the coffee maker for a tea. There was a patch of plaster ripped off the wall by the washroom sink. I am guessing someone ripped off the bottle of moisturizer off the wall and it had not been repaired yet.

Not staying there again
