Liked: I love the location. Usually the rooms are great
Disliked: The room was dirty and there were bugs in the room.

Liked: Staff was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: When I got to my room , you could tell it wasn’t cleaned . Floor had crumbs all over it , bed sheets had crumbs on it , and chair in living room area had toothpaste like substance all over it … I’m not one to complain but I had high expectations and they were not met … first time I had a problem with a comfort inn

Friendly staff and great location...

Liked: Staff is friendly, location is very good
Disliked: It is very run down and even basic things aren’t attended to such as fixing drawers that won’t close, touching up paint, re-gluing carpeting trim that is coming off the walls, loose lampshades, nicks and scratches on most of the furniture, and a tub drain that takes over 5 minutes to drain. Shower curtain rod wasn’t attached properly to the walls and is sagging, which causes the shower curtain to constantly slide open. The door to the laundry chute in the hallway was wide open almost the entire time - I went to close it myself and it just doesn’t close. So many easy things to fix but they obviously haven’t repaired anything in years. Also there is no phone to call the front desk, I had to go all the way downstairs to get a Do Not Disturb sign that should have been standard in the room, and there is very little lighting anywhere but in the bathroom. This hotel should have been $70/night, not $94. I can see why I was only one of less than 10 cars in the parking lot while other hotels in the area had full parking lots. Very disappointed but I didn’t have time to move because I was there for work. I would have moved in a heartbeat if I had had time to do so.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was a mold smell, we couldn’t sleep. The mold smell got strong near the window. I got a light and shined it on the floor. There was black mold built up and it was coming thru the carpet and the smell was so strong we had to leave. They need to treat that place for mold asap.

Exceeded Expectations

Liked: Was skeptical bc of some reviews I read, but honestly this hotel was great! The staff was friendly, greeted us every morning before breakfast, the pool was great, it was clean. The jacuzzi tub in our room was excellent.
Disliked: If I had to nitpick I guess, have more availability for snacks, had some chips, candy and some ramen noodles available for purchase but maybe add a few more items.

Disliked: Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Had to go ask for batteries for TV remote. Had to go to a gas station to get quarters for laundry, most hotel laundry can take your card now.
