Liked: Room was dirty, stains on the wall behind toilet of unknown. Red stains on the carpet of unknown. Brown stains on box frame of bed. Holes in the curtains, towels were stained with yellow/brown spots. Two random bugs

Liked: The gentleman that helped us was very nice although it was his fourth night working so we can’t really blame him for all of the nonsense.
Disliked: Well to start with, we stayed there specifically for a hot tub and pool, which did not work. There was also one ice machine that worked. The rest of them didn’t work there was kids running up and down the hallways till 11 o’clock at night. I’m pretty sure half the place lived there. The hallways were so dirty that you didn’t feel comfortable walking with bare feet even in the rooms also the breakfast that comes with the room I’ve seen continental breakfast is better than that. There was a bunch of chopped up ham that was I think Canadian bacon and burnt no eggs no sausage no bagels no anything .There was a waffle maker where you could make a waffle that tasted like rubber. It was not just a one time thing either I actually spoke to the manager who told me we don’t do eggs or sausage just ham. The night of don’t expect anybody on staff to call the manager either. They’re specifically told not to bother her when she leaves.
