It was a good location.

Liked: The staff were friendly and it was close to where our granddaughters live at Clemson University.
Disliked: What was concerning was the homeless couple that was allowed to hang around the entrance all during the day and evening. They were also seen in the office area and at breakfast. We have no issue that the Comfort Inn helped them but it was a concern that they were allowed to hang around and come inside!

Disliked: The entire second floor and our room smelled like cigarettes. The TV didn’t work and the paint was peeling off the bathroom door.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. The warm items were not stocked even though I was there early. The staff was not friendly. This was a daily occurrence on my 6 day visit. The last two days I skipped the breakfast because it was not as expected. I have stayed here before and the breakfast was one of the reasons I booked again.

Liked: Centrally located and we've stayed there in the past. We are repeats.
Disliked: The room smelled of urine and it was hard to get past it while sleeping. We were not in the room during the daytime hours.
