The stay at Comfort Inn...

Liked: Comfort Inn, Lookout Mountain was in a great location to tourist/city attractions. It was also in great driving proximity to downtown Chattanooga. The interior of the hotel was clean as well as the premises, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good bonus for the guest stay. Amenities such as washer and dryer machines were useful. The indoor pool was a fun amenity for the kids! And lastly, free coffee and tea were available 24/7!

Disliked: Writing here because Booking has no way to communicate about wallet rewards. Can't find an avenue anywhere to talk to someone. My wallet rewards disappeared before expiration date and I had no way to communicate this to anyone. If you still want my business then someone needs to contact me. I will rate this hotel when I get some satisfaction.
