Nice room. Night clerk seemed...
Liked: Room was a good size for my family.
Disliked: Sofa sleeper was sagging, no linens, and trash under it.

Very good
Liked: Nice, clean hotel. The kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great. Just off the highway, it was easy to navigate around to other places like McDonald's, Dollar General, and Mapco right beside it when needing something while traveling. We visited the Tennessee Aquarium easily from the hotel, was not far at all..

Liked: Just your average comfort inn. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Descent place to sleep while checking out ruby falls and lookout mountain and surrounding area.

Liked: That there were 3 beds in one room for our 2 adult children with us.
Disliked: It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. It was pretty dirty under the pullout sofa bed. Definitely need a larger breakfast area. We ended up having to go up to our room to eat . challenging to climb 3 flights of stairs with plates of food and drink.

Bait and switch on pet...
Liked: Clean and location
Disliked: Had a reservation through 3rd party. Arrived at 12:30 am. Front desk person was very difficult to understand. Sign on door said no vacancies and near a touristy area. Room alternatives at this hour are unlikely and cannot be sought online due to date change. When I arrived I was told I would be forced to pay not one but TWO pet fees...one for each dog...totaling $70...but not advertised that way. My room rate was $116/night but now with taxes and dog fees asked to pay $200. I was only in the room to sleep...less than 7 hrs total. Won't stay here again or with this chain and will be calling corporate.
