Terrible experience.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Had to wait 30 mins to be checked in. Very old hotel in need of modernisation. Elevator made a loud noise every time it went up or down which woke us up throughout the night.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was okay.
Disliked: The heating/cooling unit was extremely loud. It started like a diesel engine. Had to turn off for the night and dealing with the cold temp.The room was full with lady bugs (actually Asian lady beetle) flying everywhere. We were told that the TN state was releasing them in the middle of October, however, I believe they not suppose to fly in the hotel room.The breakfast area is small, had to wait a lot to be able to seat.

Liked: Steph was really friendly and helpful. Our room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of options.
Disliked: The area left a little bit to be desired and prices were really high due to sports that weekend

Liked: Room was clean, no odors, bathroom was large and lighting was good. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Common areas clean and well maintained. Grounds outside were clean and I liked that they had a smoking area in the back of hotel.
Disliked: Reception was not friendly or welcoming. Two different staff members, would barely make eye contact. Pillows on beds are AWFUL. Coffee in lobby/dining is not good. Tasted like chocolate more than coffee.

Liked: Clean! Comfortable. Looked like the room had been updated.
Disliked: Slight pet smell in room. Heard noise from halls pretty easily. Toilet paper dispenser too far from toilet and came out of wall when I grabbed it (room 114). Breakfast and coffee were not good and it was so busy you couldn’t even get anything due to the line.
