We made our reservations in advance online and when we arrived, the room was ready and the check in process was fast. The hotel grounds and room were very clean. Our overall stay was excellent. The hotel was very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed like it normally is at a lot of hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Toilet plugged, had to go get plunger from front desk. Elevator did not operate correctly

Liked: We arrived at the hotel after a long drive very, very tired. The elevator was out of service, so we all had to take the stairs with all of our luggage as opposed to using a cart and taking the elevator. Beds were bug free and turned out to be quite comfortable. The room itself wasn't clean. We literally had to dust potato chips off the couch before turning it into a sleeping spot for our children. The rooms could absolutely use some upgrading. The shower worked, but the shower head needs updating for sure. For the money we paid, I was dissatisfied. I would've expected low budget quality/price for a low-budget hotel, which is why I choose to pay more to stay at this brand hotel. I do have to say check in was easy and the hotel employee checking us in was very nice as was the breakfast before leaving in the a.m.
