Liked: This was a very clean hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning unit was very loud. It sounded like a freight train when it was running.When asking for some kind of compensation, Aiden, the staff working at the front desk, stated I had to have booking.com get ahold of him, and they then could do something about it.Getting contact information to talk to someone at booking.com is not an easy thing to do.Other than the air-conditioning unit, I would stay at this or another Comfort Inn again.

Liked: Location was fine, entrance had huge bump that could bottom out a car
Disliked: Room needed updates and paint job. The first room we got was disgusting. There was poop and boogers smeared on the bathroom door and all surfaces were nasty with sticky spots. By the towels laid under sink were fingernail clippings and the shower/tub had a crack where a stream of ants were coming through. We asked for a new room. Check-in staff was great but the new room wasn’t much better. No ants thankfully. The pull-out bed needed to be replaced. My poor kid had to sleep on a U-shaped bed as it pulled upwards on the ends and sunk in the middle.

Liked: Very clean. Looks like the interior has been updated recently. Smelled very nice, even in my room (no musty hotel smell). Bed was super comfy. Breakfast had great selection.
Disliked: Some food items ran out and didn’t get refilled while we were eating breakfast (eggs, potatoes).
