It was close to Cowtown Rodeo which is what we were looking for.

Liked: We did get a non-smoking room.
Disliked: The reception area, elevator and hallways smell of smoke.

Convenient

Liked: Overall, this place was convenient. And a nice place to stay.
Disliked: People that were staying above me were loud and kept me awake and they started this at 3 AM in the morning

Liked: Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The rooms, beddings...EXCELLENT job. Breakfast was super good
Disliked: If I were to change anything, it would be to change the "hot options" For example: instead of sausage and fried eggs every day, perhaps do scrampled eggs and bacon or canadian bacon or sausage links.... STILL, for me, it was perfect as is

I came for a soccer...

Liked: My phone died in the middle of then night and I woke up feeling confused, it was daylight savings time I didn’t have a charger so I went to front desk and the attendant was kind enough to loan me hers .
Disliked: The breakfast selections, but overall it was decent for free

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, filthy...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous. The bed itself was also actually comfortable.
Disliked: Both rooms one for me & one for my mother looked as if they weren't cleaned at all. There was blood all over the shower curtain in my room, and on the bthrm light switch in my mother's rm. Food was in the microwave and fridge and looks as if someone spit in the tub and left it, there also was different types of spots ALL over the walls in the whole room. Some clearly blood some clearly are other fluids. Staff was awesome but the cleanliness of this place is a shame.

Check your door before settling

Liked: I won't make this experience all bad because it turned out pretty good. Check in was fine, The front desk reception is was nice and the cost was good for our last minute need. It did include a light breakfast, however there were no protein items available that were not pork or beef. My most concern though was the room door. When I checked into my room I noticed that there was a small space in between the door and the frame. At first I did not think it was a problem until I came back to the door and realized I could open it by just sliding my room key between the knob and the frame. Luckily I was not gone too long because that could have ended very bad. Hopefully they will replace that particular door, but I also hope there are not others that have had this concern. So when I went back down to the Front desk my room was replaced immediately and it was also upgraded so I really appreciate that prompt response and the adjustment made. I also did nor receive ny points so I will call customer service about that. Other than that the location was okay it was far back in the cut though the entry street not very lighted but around the hotel was lit well. So my bonus questions that were answered are based off of the replaced room not the initial but this should help... and I forgot to take pics
