Don’t recommend

Liked: The gentleman working the front was super nice
Disliked: The young lady at the front desk was more worried about her phone! Mild on the ceiling in our room, paint coming off the wall, hole in the door, shower was nasty, ceiling above the shower had paint coming off

A great hotel at a...

Liked: The location was great. The staff was SO nice, smiling and cracking jokes. The breakfast was good. And the beds were SO soft!

Disliked: Cockroaches in our room was a complete turn off. Left all luggage outside to freeze and unpack upon returning home in hopes none made it in our house. I travel to Carbondale multiple times a year to visit my daughter. Will never stay there again.

Liked: Pleasant staff :) I called a couple days before asking about pool/hot tub hours. The man said the hot tub was out of service but he moved our room to a room with a Jacuzzi tub for no extra cost! We were excited
Disliked: The tub drain did not work and would not hold water haha it was late so we didn't ask for assistance
