Liked: Pleasant staff :) I called a couple days before asking about pool/hot tub hours. The man said the hot tub was out of service but he moved our room to a room with a Jacuzzi tub for no extra cost! We were excited
Disliked: The tub drain did not work and would not hold water haha it was late so we didn't ask for assistance 😞 total bummer

Disliked: Lots of touch up painting needed and staff dressed unprofessionally. Very shabby, wrinkled and needed to be shaven. UGH!

Liked: The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: My rooms weren't ready when I arrived at 4:30 pm.

Very disappointed

Liked: It was a clean basic room
Disliked: Our TV didn't work at all the staff said a maintenance would be up in 15 mins at 1015 at night and we finally got a call from the front desk at 1130 after my kids had gone to bed. Our whole plan was to go back to the room and watch a movie as a family and couldn't do that it was very disappointing. The TV wasn't broken, the staff didn't know how to work it to explain it to us and aren't sure if we had the right remote or even where the correct one was.

Affordable and comfortable

Liked: It was nice. I have stayed there before so I was very comfortable with the location and the staff is always friendly and ready to accommodate.
Disliked: It seem like it was missing chair that was a desk chair, but not a relaxation chair so some of the stuff that I had was not there, but that was OK

Older hotel needing updates and...

Liked: The location was the best part, close to campus. The front desk workers were helpful
Disliked: We had to move rooms due mold on the ceiling and bathroom walls. Very loud I could doors, elevator, traffic.Breakfast was cold both days.
