Disliked: I will give only 1 for the night and sloping in the hotel People using side doors and slamming all night and morning not thinking that the other people are resting and slipping I had very bad nights sleep I can say it was the worse thing in the hotel And the Wi -fi not working in the rooms

I would not book again...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room was very small and cramped. We had a dog with us and. Arely any floor space. Housekeeping only offered upon request yet pet fee was per night. Shower did appear new but water pressure was minimal. No shower gel-only tiny bar soap. Just not a great value but if you want to stay in. Carbondale there aren’t many options.

Liked: Breakfast was minimal, I ate elsewhere, the bed was ok, 4 nights no cleaning service at all, was placed in the construction area
Disliked: People above me were noisy first three nights, made for tired work days

I’ll be back!

Liked: Clean and comfortable, no noise. Breakfast was good. My wife missed not having an elevator because she just got a new knee
Disliked: No elevator but I knew it before I booked the room. I stay here quite often

We are definitely returning for...

Liked: We were so impressed with our rooms, location, beauty of the hotel, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were great…very accommodating. Very kind.
Disliked: Just wish the pet fee wasn’t $40 a day… little steep but grateful this hotel is pet friendly!
