You need to improve your...

Liked: Convenient to the airport
Disliked: It took 11 minutes for the shower to get any warmth in the water. The breakfast was so poor. I felt ill after eating it. The coffee was truly horrible and actually gray in colour. The room wasn't ready and had to be exchanged for a different one.

Liked: Good location, good customer service, effective shuttle to airport and easy check-in.Well recommended.
Disliked: If you have a room that faces the highway, it’s a bit noisy. Light sleepers could have issues, but if was fine for us.
