Comfortable.

Liked: The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Shuttle service to the airport was appreciated and breakfast was good. Liked the fact we had a good selection of foods to choose from without going overboard.
Disliked: There's nothing to complain about.

Unpleasant stay with a rude...

Liked: I liked the free breakfast.
Disliked: The staff was rude and rang my card through twice even after I questioned it. I was told rudely to run it again. I was charged twice and then I had to spend over 30 minutes in the morning to have the charge reversed. Poor customer service.

Nice Hotel and a pleasant...

Liked: The location was very well suited and the room was quite specious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was okay and met our needs well. Staffs were friendly and supportive.
Disliked: Outside sink creates inconvenience sometimes.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful and the morning shirt was great better then the night people my sheets was dirty and my bathroom but I didn’t want to complain I clean the bathroom and use my own blankets
