Towels not replaced by staff...

Liked: The Room and beds were nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: That the websites forgot to mention the pool was closed and we had our grandkids visiting us and they were heartbroken and when we wanted to cancel because of it they wouldn't let us or we would be charged. So I had to go down to another hotel and book a room for them so they would have a pool. SINCE IT WAS A PROMISE They don't inform you until you get there that the pool was closed also their sign up front shows they have a pool and doesn't say it's closed. Also they only clean your room every 3rd day that includes bringing you towels we had to ask for them and after that we had to go down to the laundry room to get them. If they were going to do that you should get more than 4 towels, 4 wash cloths and 4 handtowels.

Liked: Location. Pool area
Disliked: It wasnt very clean. One room had bugs in the windowsill that were dead and alive. Stain on the floor in same room. The other room was cleaner. Rips in the screens. Dirty mirrors.
