Poor help

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The front desk guy slept on the couch with his shoes off for the whole night. I woke him up around 630am.

Very comfortable

Liked: Breakfast is good,the location is perfect
Disliked: I like the location the restaurant around

Very dirty room.

Liked: The staff was very kind.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. We left.

Would not recommend, find another

Disliked: No hot tub, night staff was very unfriendly, breakfast was horrible

Liked: Breakfast was okay
Disliked: It was 2 degrees when we checked in went to our room and it was freezing no heat on it took three hours to warm up we had to keep our coats on. I complained and was told it cost slot of money to heat the rooms

Exceptional

Very comfortable stay!

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when I needed to change my travel plans. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very reasonably priced. I stay here whenever I visit Bellevue.

Would not reccomend

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Old, dated, small, hard floors, which weren’t cleaned during our week stay… original beds, Very hard and uncomfortable. No water pressure in shower, very crammed bathroom with toilet and tub. Sink is in main room. No bathroom counter space. Not enjoyable accommodations as a woman who does more than get dressed and brush teeth. Would not recommend.
