We had a clean, comfy room; walking distance to Baltimore SoundStage; everyone was helpful and friendly and we were lucky to have the breakfast in the cloud room - beautiful view.
Liked: The location; the room itself was cool and clean with comfy bed. Close to inner harbor; walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing really. The worst thing was the alley way window, but that happens. I would recommend the hotel, no question.

Took my teenage daughter to a concert, the hotel was an easy walk to and from the show. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was very nice. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here again.
Liked: Friendly, safe, clean, comfortable.

Trip was fun, Comfort Inn...
Liked: Convenient location for the events we were attending for the weekend. One of the least expensive options that was still a known acceptable hotel chain. The cloud club where breakfast was provided had a nice city view. Room was clean and served its purpose.
Disliked: Let's see... arrived at 3:05 to check in and stood in line waiting patiently for those before us to be taken care of. By 3:15 the two parties ahead had gone off to their rooms. I provide my information and apparently not a single room of the type we reserved was ready for us. After a long drive in, with things to do that started within the hour where we're supposed to be meeting friends, having already stood there for 10 minutes. We were asked to wait 15 minutes and, I'm not the type to get angry at the desk people as they aren't the one's cleaning the rooms but still, unacceptable really. Instead of offering staggered check in times which would be simple to do and fulfill based on what is available or, what actually should happen in situations like this, you should be moved into the next tier of room selection or a prorated discount for every 5 minutes past check in time you spend waiting. Sadly, I gave up a booking at a nicer hotel a block away for being just a little bit more and then, turns out that the nicer hotel included parking for half what we had to pay in the parking garage so... we know for next time, not coming back here.

Will never stay there again...
Liked: The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was very large.
Disliked: The hotel is in dire need of upgrades. The lobby furniture was nice, but booking pictures are deceptive. The building is in need of repairs. Chipping paint, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, loose outlets. TV signal scrambled. Was told to just unplug and plug it back in. Minimal lighting in the room. The area is super sketchy. Do not walk alone there at night.
