Liked: The hotel suite was lovely.
Disliked: There wasn't anything bad.

We had a clean, comfy room; walking distance to Baltimore SoundStage; everyone was helpful and friendly and we were lucky to have the breakfast in the cloud room - beautiful view.

Liked: The location; the room itself was cool and clean with comfy bed. Close to inner harbor; walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing really. The worst thing was the alley way window, but that happens. I would recommend the hotel, no question.

Took my teenage daughter to a concert, the hotel was an easy walk to and from the show. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was very nice. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The heat didn’t work tub was dirty it was very loud and outta control staff was shitty I asked for help nicely they act as if I cussed them out very nasty attitude attitude didn’t get better till the day before I left and by then I didn’t care for assistance the room door was not secured far as locking it and stuff it was very uncomfortable and unstable

Disliked: The front desk staff was very rude . The lady that checked us in was very rude and short with us. She didn’t explain the parking garage situation at all so we had to pay triple what we should have paid.

Disliked: The Staff at The Check In or Front Desk were very unprofessional,Everyone Had Bad Attitudes, No One was Friendly and the People There act as if they Hated working there, I would not recommend that Hotel to Anyone

Liked: Close to inner harbor, M&T Stadium, Camden Yards, CFG Bank Arena. Loys of restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: Noisy, but guess that is to be expected in a busy city. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either.
