Liked: The hotel suite was lovely.
Disliked: There wasn't anything bad.

We had a clean, comfy room; walking distance to Baltimore SoundStage; everyone was helpful and friendly and we were lucky to have the breakfast in the cloud room - beautiful view.

Liked: The location; the room itself was cool and clean with comfy bed. Close to inner harbor; walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing really. The worst thing was the alley way window, but that happens. I would recommend the hotel, no question.

Took my teenage daughter to a concert, the hotel was an easy walk to and from the show. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was very nice. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: The Breakfast was a major plus, I have stayed here before and they didn’t have the options that they now have
Disliked: When asked the evening staff for blankets blankets because the room heat was not working properly or it may have been because of how cold it was outside the gentleman stated that he don’t have nothing for me. I asked for blankets & tissue I had to go downstairs several times after waiting more than 2hrs to ask again it than took them another 1 1/2 to bring it,
