It was decent.

Liked: The breakfast was great. I stayed for 10 days. Two of the front desk staff were great, the rest did not stand out.
Disliked: The location entrance was difficult to get into. Parking was an issue. The handicapped spots were taken with cars that did not display a handicap sign. When I reported this to the staff and I needed a spot, they stated that they couldn't do anything about. My room was older looking. You could clearly see that repairs were done to the bathroom but they were not done well. The carpet in the room had stains. One of the lights in the bathroom was not working.

Liked: The property was located in a very nice area Our room was Hot. Now 99%of the staff was very very nice. One was awful.
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room did not work No I suffer with asthma and my wife has Congested Heart failure she had a defibrillator. They tried to bring the smallest fan and the other staff came in and felt how hot our room was and brought a bigger one

Disliked: Had an issue where housekeeping threw away something valuable despite they weren’t even supposed to be cleaning my room that day & told the housekeeper myself not to clean my room on my 2nd day. Tried to file a claim & complaint with the hotel. Spoke with front desk, was told a note would be left for management. Never heard from management & when I’ve contacted them about it would get the run around!
