Disappointing

Disliked: smelly carpets in hall and room

It worked, but it was...

Liked: I liked the location because it was close to wear we needed to be. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: It was very dirty. My room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Tv didn’t work. Just a really dirty hotel.

Liked: Glad we only had to stay one night.
Disliked: The entryway was very clean and inviting, but that stopped there. The moment we got into the elevator, we noticed the filth. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Entering our room we were hit with a strong smell of urine, but the bathroom was actually clean. The smell came from the ac unit. There was even old food on the chair in our room.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Night staff was not inviting and lied and told us restrooms were out of order and later found out they truly were not. Also door to our room was broken felt unsafe and room was very outdated which later lead me to believe that we were given this old room on purpose. Some of the hotel has been updated and so were the bathrooms that were “out of order”. Also we were asked to pay an extra $100 deposit on top of our stay which wasn't included in original policy.
