Peaceful stay for a business...

Liked: The location was perfect for what I needed. The breakfast was amazing!! Even though this wasn’t a five star type hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and peaceful. Good for those traveling for work.
Disliked: The beds were not as comfortable. Not bad but I just prefer a firm mattress. Definitely not a deal breaker. I would still go back and stay here in the future.

Bad Hôtel Experience 2024

Liked: the location was good
Disliked: I Booked à handicap room because of my Vétéran husband had a stroke and he can't get in a tub with à shower. they gave me a room with à tub and 2 bars one by the toilet and 1 in the shower, the Clerk told me that was a handicap room. I had nowhere else to go after I Booked there and traveled so far to turn around. I took pictures of the nasty bedspread, old towels, and nasty toilet. I informed the clerk that I smell smoke when I went to check into my room, the smell was strong in the hallway where my room was located RM#204. The clerk that was there around 2pm said someone paid extra to be able to smoke. They allowed someone to pay extra to be able to smoke when it's a non smoking hôtel. Good thing I always bring my own towels, because I couldn't use those nasty old towels. I spoke with 3 different people and finally I was able to contact someone with booking.com. I had to cut my visit short because of the hôtel conditions. We had to stay that one night because there was nowhere else to go. We travel back home à day early. This was by far the worst stay I've had. I had to feed my husband so I went down to the breakfast set up and they had cooked the eggs with cheese

They need to have emergency...

Disliked: They had cookies available for customers. By front desk. They were not labeled. My husband got a cookie that looked like a chocolate chip cookie. But it had peanut butter in it. My husband is highly allergic to peanuts !!!! Called front desk and they did not have any type of emergency kit. My husband had some Benadryl pills. The front desk lady did not seem that concerned. She did send someone to get liquid Benadryl, but it took 45 minutes!! When he first bit into the cookie his mouth instantly started itching and throat itching and swelling.Comfort inn has not reached out to us to check on him at all!!!
