Disliked: Loud knocking on the door in the middle of the night at 2am to 4am beating on the door stayed woke with gun scared as I am licensed

Liked: The staff were friendly. The beds were made. Accessibility to the inside was easy to maneuver.
Disliked: My room wasn’t the cleanest. Looks nothing like the photos. The couch had a huge stain. Only one lamp light for the main room so I kept on the bathroom and front door area lights because it was very dark. Room had an odd smell. Both of my sinks were unable to be used, so I had to wash my hands in the lobby bathroom which also wasn’t the cleanest. My bathroom sink started spewing brown water. Both sinks were backed up spewing water and uneven pressure. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets or using any additional amenities in the room because of the overall experience. Not much security so I was a little iffy on the guests coming in and out but I made sure to double lock my room. The front desk person was different during check out so I let her know about my facilities in my room and she said the “pipes do that” and didn’t suggest any type of discount unfortunately. She was still friendly but that was a bummer for sure. For the price of $147 I would say I overpaid for what I received, along with a no refund policy.

Liked: Rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Wi-fi was horrible. I was not able to connect at all. The pool was under maintenance, which was not posted when booking the room.

Nothing worked

Disliked: The breakfast was not good, the beds were uncomfortable, our bath tub was stopped up when we took a shower and wouldn’t drain. The WiFi was not good at all. When we first arrived all of the lights were off, we didn’t even think the place was open. The pool was closed, the elevators didn’t work.
