Liked: We had a fairly late check-in. The custom service was wonderful. Actually it was fabulous. All three ppl we dealt with were so kind and helpful. I can truly say probably the kindest we have dealt with our whole trip. As for the cleanliness.... well let me tell you... it was spotless. So much so you could smell the cleaner when entering. It wasn't over powering and smelled very fresh. So clean that we did the UV light test and it passed 100%
