Ok for one night then...

Liked: Location was good for my needs. Clerk at the counter was very nice and polite. I asked for a room not on ground floor and he found one on second floor , no problem.
Disliked: Elevator made a lot of creaking noises and had a weird smell. Overall hotel had a weird smell, kind of like motor oil or grease. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking water onto the countertop. It was a very small leak, so I asked the desk person if we could stay in the room anyway. It was late and we could deal with that tomorrow. The bedding was nice and clean, but beds were not very comfortable, too hard for me. I had stayed in a Comfort Inn two weeks ago in Denver and it was much nicer overall than this one.

Disliked: Leaking fousit. Noise ac unit. Construction being done. No emergency exit. It was closed off.

Nice stay

Liked: The staff here was kind and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. We especially liked the waffles. All in all it was a good room for the price and people working here are very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit outdated. I guess I expected a bit more up to date hotel. But it still had everything we needed and was a good stop.
