Friendly staff, clean & spacious...

Liked: Easy to access from the highway. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Soundproofing between rooms and floors could have been better, but not a dealbreaker.

Liked: Room is nice and clearly.
Disliked: Toilet not good cleaning. The cortin not close.

250 cleaning fee

Liked: I had a bed to sleep on.
Disliked: I called before hand. And asked about dog rates. Was told only a 25.00 Non-refundable fee. Not bad. Got there. Guy was able to get a room next to elevator. The ac was unplugged, do didn't use it. Opened the window. It was a cold night. Woke the next morning and checked my bank, comfort inn had put a hold on my card for an extra 250. When I went to talk to the front desk I was told it wasn't them for they don't do that. Then she tired to tell me it was booking dot com. Smh I left mad as he'll. Looked it up. It's a cleaning hold fee. I was never told about this. So I recorded my room showing all that was wrong with it. Lights didn't worked, and how my dog didn't damage anything. Then as I checked out. I told the lady (who told me it's dot com not them) that's it's a cleaning fee and she say oh yeah we do that. Wtf
