Overall, a great experience. Highly...

Liked: Overall, our expectations were fully met and even exceeded what was expected. Front staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and very clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Great experience. Would recommend to our family and friends.
Disliked: Checkout was at 11:00. We started to to load our belongings into the car around 10:00 but our card key no longer worked at that time. A minor inconvenience.

Awesome except the sofa beds

Disliked: Everything at the hotel was great and met my expectations except the pull out sofa bed. The springs were clearly felt and so very uncomfortable. We were informed that all the sofa beds were similar and so changing room was not not a viable option. The hotel however was nice enough to give us a comforter to spread over the sofa bed and this did help to make the sofa bed more comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the complimentary chocolate chip cookies available at the reception area. Thank you
