Very good
Liked: Breakfast was a very good variety and we had access to fruit at all times and a snack stand at the front desk. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Manager needs to train staff...
Disliked: The reception was terrible. The staff at the desk was a person that was thrown into the situation, as the night person didn’t show. She could not speak English very well, could not figure out the computer and payment, and then gave out keys that didn’t work. This all happened at 5pm when many people were checking in. We waited over half an hour with a prepaid reservation and then got the wrong key. At breakfast there were no coffee cups or plates.

Pleasant
Liked: Staff was so great. I left my dogs medicine and they were willing to ship it to me but instead it was best for them to keep it until I drove back down to get it and they kept it on the fridge and remembered me when I picked it up. Very sweet staff I appreciate them holding my bag with the medicine and accommodating me.

Good location for our trip...
Liked: Location, friendly staff, safe, good breakfast, dog friendly, and clean room
Disliked: Bathroom door was in need of repair, and a light was out in bathroom.

WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
Liked: Not much
Disliked: The property seems very run down and could use alot of repair and updating. Breakfast was ok...frustrating that the OJ machine was out of order for 2 days or there was no Decaf Coffee. They also seem very under staffed. I also would never choose a hotel that is pet friendly again either. I don't like walking into a hotel that stinks of dog or listening to whining barking dogs close to my room. Also, my room was charged every night when I was there, when it was only suppose to be charged at check out. Which completely screwed up my bank account.
