Checked in on Friday May 25th, 3 rooms (225,226,115). Front desk person was awful - we had to show her confirmations from our printout to get the rooms, and did not get room 115 until 7:30PM - waiting for 2 hours after a long drive. No housekeeping until 7PM on Saturday. We had to get some clean towels from Teresa at front desk. She was only person with a smile on her face and nice service.

Disliked: No house keeping.

Disliked: When we got to our room it had not been cleaned. Had to use translation on the phone to communicate with house keeping. The carpet in the hall and room is so very nasty. It needs to be pulled up. Nothing is updated, such a disappointment.
