Better choose another hotel than...

Liked: It was close to the airport
Disliked: This hotel had several issues, the swimming pool was out of order. On January 2nd we got a cold breakfast, because the coffee machine and the toaster were out of order and the employees could not solve the problem. At our arrival the shuttle service was not provided and we ended up paying for a taxi. On two days the breakfast jelly was empty and nobody cared . Internet was slow in the hotel with hourly interruptions. Our luggage was lost from the airline and was delivered a few days later to the hotel. But the front desk employee didn’t know us as customers and sent it back to the airport.

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: The transportation from airport to the hotel, NEVER came. I was waiting almost 2 hours, after traveling 12 hours. I was told at Hotel transportation stopped at 10pm, however I rec. Confirmed for my shuttle bus to take me.

Liked: The location was easy to find and convenient to I75. Breakfast was delectable consistently. After a rough start. housekeeping was great, they knocked on my door everyday to see if I needed any service(s).
Disliked: Soundproofing!!! Kids and adults normal conversations could easily be heard in the hallway. My room was great except for the bathroom, no walk-in shower. Bathtub was high for an elderly (me) person to get in and out of.
