I did not feel safe....

Disliked: Door from parking lot had no lock. Anyone could walk into hotel.

Pleasant stay, good check in....

Liked: The staff was friendly on check in. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: No one at front desk at checkout-needed receipt for reimbursement. Driver was not available at specified time.

Frustrating

Liked: Good airport locationYoun lady at main desk early Wed. Evening did her very best to help us get heat in our room. Provided extra blankets.
Disliked: Broken heater in room. Alternate small space heaters could not be used because staff did not know where the Vornado Remotes we kept. Poor breakfast offerings. Very small breakfast roomApparently a new owner. Many of the old heater/Ac units need to be replaced.
