Liked: Location
Disliked: TV remote was broken. They picked it up never to bring it back.Slide was out of order.Swimming pool and hot tub/spa was filthy!Swimming pool indicating 1.8m where it was much shallower!Hot tub/spa in need of repairs.Reception not very helpful.Hotel is offering the bare minimum.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: My room was exceptionally clean, and despite being close to the airport, I couldn’t hear any background noise noises!
Disliked: The staff when I arrived, came off a little rude. The morning staff was much more pleasant. The hotels policy to not be able to bring your breakfast up to your room was odd as I’ve never seen this. I just wanted to enjoy a peaceful quiet breakfast by myself and was unable to do that unfortunately

Very friendly staff!

Liked: Breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff were super friendly. We had brought extra pillows because of a shoulder surgery i had just had and we accidentally left them in the room. We weren't even 4 mins away and the hotel front desk called us to let us know we had forgotten them. It was an excellent gesture on their behalf.
