Liked: The lights kept blinking on and off.. the light over the jacuzzi kept going out it was a shortage.. burnt holes on the couch and refrigerator was on top of a board wasn’t steady kept rocking every time we opened the door.. two towels had to ask for more but the floor attendant seem like he was upset.. indoor pool and hot tub was closed for what reason they never gave.. that was why I pick the location because of jacuzzi, indoor pool and hot tub.. overall it was good.. need better pillows and better furniture for the rooms.. had to clean jacuzzi again..

Disliked: The appearance of the hotel and the area are horrible. Neither the hotel nor the rooms are pleasant, smell like humidity. I just rented there because of the proximity to the airport. I felt unsafe. People slamming the doors all night which I found very disrespectful. Loose pit bulls in the hallway, can you believed it?

Liked: The room had dry splatters all over the walls and tv. At 3 in the morning when we were leaving for our flight someone that looked like a prostitute was lounging in the lobby. We did not feel save the entire time and the rooms were far from clean.

Liked: We got stuck in Memphis due to weather issues and the Comfort Inn was able to accommodate us with our multiple delays. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was a great bonus.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room pictures showed a jaccuzi (which is why I booked it) but it was actually another rooms pictures, the property blaming Booking.com and the later blaming the property, OH and the actual was a mess: no Tv, no heater (someone must have kicked it broken) and the room was smelling like drugs it was awful

Disliked: The room had a bad smell, the toilet seat had urine on it from the previous person. They came to our door 1 hour before check out multiple times to rush us out. Our room door did not lock
