I felt disappointed because of...

Liked: Breakfast: good.
Disliked: Room: bad-I checked in at 5:00pm. When I opened my door, I smelled something weird. Worst of all, I opened my fridge and someone's meal was still in. In addition, no housekeepers came to clean my room; I didn't put the "Don't disturb" sign on my door though.

Things were not as promised...

Liked: The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was ok but cold. The coffee was great.
Disliked: There was no regular coffee in the room. We only had two towels, so drying my hair was difficult. The shower had two containers for shampoo and conditioner but both were empty. Lucky for me I had some with me. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. NOT what I expect or or usually get at a Comfort hotel.
