Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location, right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The blankets, pillows, and towels were all quite stained. The carpet in our room was filthy! Fresh out of the shower, as soon as we walked on the carpet, our feet were noticeably dirty. The carpet was weirdly sticky, too.

Disliked: not clean at all, infested with roaches, bedding sheets with stains, i don’t think they ever change with clean sheets.

Very poor

Liked: Breakfast was close 1 hour early so we weren't able to get out breakfast before we leave.
Disliked: In our room the desk and counter was sticky, the floor has crumbs and old pen around. Microwave and fridge was unplug. When we got in, it has this strong smell until we turn on the AC for 1 hour. I feel like no one had rent or clean the room for a long time.

I rate my overall stay...

Liked: The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Their were several small things wrong with my room. They offered to switch rooms but I arrived after a very long drive and I had already unpacked everything so I dealt with them. The largest item was the security latch was inoperative due to missing a part. The main light was out in the bathroom and the hair dryer holder was broken and barely secure to the wall so the hair dryer wouldn't remain in the holder. In all fairness to the staff, they offered to switch my room on the second day when I brought up the issues but I was only there for one more night so I didn't want the hassle of moving everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I will be back to this location in one week staying for 3-4 days but I will check my room BEFORE unpacking.

Liked: Comfy beds and clean
Disliked: The hot water to shower was barely warm never would get hot ,you froze while in the shower .Other guest mentioned they had same issue of no hot water .When you are paying for a room and come in tired and need a shower to get clean and relax but you only have slight warm water that is a deal breaker for me.
