Liked: Hot tub and heated pool
Disliked: The last 2 times we have stayed there the guy can never find our reservation for an hour at least after we get there. Which cuts into swim time for my kids. The reason why we go there.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The housekeeper was really nice.
Disliked: Every time we make reservations for this property we show up and they can never find them. It took almost 2 hours for us to get into our room after arrival to hotel. We choose these hotel to swim and then the kids had to wait longer and swim less.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The housekeeper was really nice.
Disliked: Every time we make reservations for this property we show up and they can never find them. It took almost 2 hours for us to get into our room after arrival to hotel. We choose these hotel to swim and then the kids had to wait longer and swim less.

Liked: The staff other than the manager were very nice and accomodating.
Disliked: Air conditioning did not cool the room at all. The manager tried saying we did not have it set correctly. He was wrong. He changed the settings and made it worse.

Will not stay at the Comfort/Quality/Clarion family hotels in the future if it can be helped.
Liked: The room size was satisfactory with 3 queen beds
Disliked: Was dirty. No house keeping. Didn't have our reservation upon check in through Booking.com. They said it doesn't come through their system. Thankfully had the room we wanted. Left after 2 days of a 4 day stay. They still charged the 4 day stay and still haven't received the refund of the 2 days.

Disliked: Dirty Our room had dirty towels, bed covers dirty Worst hotel ever!!!!! Waste of money! VERY disappointed

I will not stay there again, felt I was taked advantage of.
Liked: Nothing to write home about.
Disliked: Room was not made up each day. Had to ask for towels. They said they didnt get the booking from Booking .com had to pay $150 more for a room. They said it was the last one, yet the asked if I wanted my room on the first or 2nd floor. The bed cover was stained.
