Disliked: Parking lot isn’t so big. Restaurant area needs another layout and more staff because on weekend they run out of food twice and it took so long to refill. Also there were no water on the floors so we had to order for water bottles. Dirty dishes stayed overnight outside the elevator. Rooms are not soundproof and gym has no weights

Liked: It was a very warm welcome though we arrived at the hotel late at night. Staff at receptiom was excellent

Great location, poor service

Liked: Location was nice, also the staff, except from the front desk
Disliked: The bed frame had a hole, also the breakfast buffet was not replenished, we have to wait almost 15 minutes to get served, and they removed right at 10 even we were still eating

Great stay in Monterrey

Liked: My husband and I loved the breakfast. The views and the location.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
