Liked: Breakfast was excellent

Very good

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast.
Disliked: The room had an odor when we first arrived, but once the ac was turned on and not so hot it went away.

Pleasant..

Liked: Over all was pleasant and comfortable.
Disliked: Someone burnt toast and caused the fire alarm to go off.

Liked: this area was really nice, there were stores and some food places that were walking distance from the hotel. the room was really clean. the staff was really nice. i had booked a king room & when i arrived, i was told my room was upgraded to a suite, which was really nice because it was my birthday weekend! will stay again next time i’m in charlotte!
