Liked: When I arrived, i thought the building was closed because of all the work equipment and large machines blocking the door. That should have a huge sign outside stating they are remodeling. There was a little sign on the table inside, but you would miss it if you weren't ĝĥhhhhgʻhggʻgʻeating popcorn (which was stale). We entered our r, om which was nice, but I had to reclean the bathroom because there was hair in the tube. I had the garden view, and I viewed something, but it wasn't pleasant to see.

Disliked: Advertised hot breakfast and had a bag to go instead of inferior food. I was there about 2 years ago and same experience. Than it was mpandemic, now kitchen not certified. There is no excuse for false advertisement. Just put in description, breakfast bag

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We did not get breakfast-they said the stove wasnt working (but was the toaster?). Theres always cereal,fruit, coffee, toast. Also, we found it very strange that there was no toilet paper holder in our room. Not a big inconvenience but strange.

Disappointing
Liked: What I liked....it was a safe place to sleep.
Disliked: So, they are clearly remodeling and I can forgive certain things. No coffee, no breakfast. Okay, fine. Starbucks is like a mile away, no worries. It was hot in my room when I got check in. It was 67 degrees outside and 80 in my room. I turned off the heat and put on some cool air thinking it would cool off and when the temperature dropped in the evening, all would be well. Overnight it got to 30 degrees outside and in my room it was still sweltering. Next, there were big holes in the wall where the fridge/microwave used to be located. So...that was uncomfortable. I ended up utting a towel over the area. I sat down on the bed and turned on the television. I was shifting uncomfortably in minutes. So I switched to the other bed, same thing. Springy as all get out. A fun night of sleep, I was sure. So I decided a shower. I turned on the water and there were two settings, frigid or burn your skin off...no in-between. I settled with frigid. A short shower later and I was heating up some food in the microwave. Took about twice the amount of time it should have...but it's a hotel microwave....so yeah. I ate and then pulled down the covers on the bed and started searching through TV for something to watch. Sadly so did my neighbor, hr wanted to watch CSI at volume 1 mil and I wanted to catch some news at volume 6. Not a happy combo. Eventually he went to sleep. Thin walls. Anyhow, I settled down into bed for sleep. The sheets smelled like pure bleach I can say they were in fact clean, but I can say much else. After tossing and turning for a couple hours on the springy mattress, I gave up. I turned the TV back on and made a bed on the floor with all the sheets and pillows. I fell asleep quite quickly then. I awoke with a backache and stuffy sinuses from sleeping in the rainforest room. I got up, dressed, and packed, and checked out as fast as I could. As I sat in the Starbucks sipping a latte I called my manager and politely asked to be moved somewhere else.
