It was safe, clean and...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Enjoyed soaking in the bathtub. Some places have no tubs.Liked soap product sample.

Super comfy bed

Liked: The bed was super comfortable
Disliked: Staff was rude for no reason. When I walked up to the desk to check in and out I greeted them and they just stared at me. It was uncomfortable because it felt like I was asking too much from a basic service of being checked in a room.

Would not recommend

Liked: The location was good as it was located close to Cuyahoga National Park
Disliked: Dirty!!! There was a hole at the bottom of the door (see pictures) and stains on the pillows. The shower did not drain properly and we were forced to shower is a puddle of our own dirt. We were given a new room, however, the door to that room also had a hole. I would not recommend!

Disliked: Closest entry door to my room wasn't functioning.
