Great Find.

Liked: Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location beside Hyde Park. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a great continental brekkie. It was more than a coffee and croissant, with cheese, cold meats, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Another advantage was that we could leave our bags at reception for the day, on check out day.
Disliked: If I had to make a complaint, and it's not particular problem, the room was very small.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff.They upgraded me without me asking for it.
Disliked: Missed eggs and cheese at breakfast, but that might be temporarily.

Liked: Value for money. The rooms could have been a little bigger but cleanliness was key, Breakfast was good and plenty of variety.
Disliked: Larger room my husband is 6' 4" and he found the bed too small

Position is good but the...

Liked: The position is good. the bus and underground station is close to the hotel. Breakfast is ok with bread, ham, brioche, jam, coffee... but not continental. fast check in/out.
Disliked: The bed was very small for two and not comfortable. the washbasin is large 25cm, if you wash your face you'll wet all the floor.

Great stay for few days...

Liked: Amazing location, close to all shops/restaurants/few underground stations around, the whole building was very clean, bed very comfortable with nice fluffy beddings, tea/coffee in the room, shower and toilet very clean, breakfast simple but wide variety, many things to choose from, no hot food option if that's important for anyone. Overall had a great stay.
Disliked: All was very good
