Liked: The breakfast was good. The hotel was just OK, but the staff were super friendly and made my day very pleasant.
Disliked: The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable and the hot water kept going cold after only a couple of minutes in the shower

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location near stores, restaurants, and the interstate. The area seemed safe and quiet.
Disliked: The night shift staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The facility was disgusting and could use a very thorough cleaning. There was black mold on the ceiling tiles, animal hair on our sheets, and ANTS in the bed. There was also food on our room floor and bed skirts. We will never visit this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.So after this review I received an email from hotel GM MONICA HUBBARD. I'm extremely appreciative the life learned lesson from her to always take pictures, before posting so other customers will believe you. And read reviews before staying!
