Not feeling

Liked: The sausage was good but the eggs were like plastic! Waffles were good!
Disliked: No where during reserving the room or in the confirmation did it say anything about $150 deposit! I have never had to pay a deposit before! I stayed at another Comfort Inn in Sacramento and didn’t have to pay a deposit. Then being told it would be 7-10 days before getting it back depending on our bank is ridiculous!

Disappointing

Liked: The man at the front desk was nice and helpful. Offered to help us with bags, because there were no luggage carts available. There was an elevator.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms multiple times. First room, the door wouldn't close properly. Second room, toilet wouldn't flush. Third room, we struggled to open the door because it would get stuck, but we didn't want to move again. The room was dingy and the bathroom was in need of repair. the hotel rooms need an update. Breakfast was just okay, but what I expected.

Exceptional

Liked: It's a well run location on no.problems nice people kind work for good mgr nice people ..I suspect it's just a good management ! It's a decent place everything is close by..no problems
Disliked: It's all good

Awake all night

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: The hotel did not have a quiet time. Guest walking in and out all night slamming doors.
