Disliked: Needs more elevators. VERY RUDE Cleaning staff got off elevator one staff mementos was helping get her cleaning cart off. Getting ready to get on elevator but the staff got back on elevator and closed the door so know one could get on. Had to wait for another 20min to get back on elevator since only one elevator and coming from other floors going down no one else could get on. When talk to the manager she acted like it was no big deal.

Comfortable.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and main room were clean. Happy with the TV stations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Good restaurant for dinner is right next door.
Disliked: The loud slamming of the doors when people left their rooms.

Liked: Something my wife ate went thru her. Maybe the eggs
Disliked: Website showed a hot tub. There was no hot tub and this was the main reason we selected this place.

Barely ok; staff was unhelpful...

Liked: Location seemed safe, near food options, grounds and facility seemed well kept
Disliked: Bugs in the rooms. Undone maintenance. Breakfast was present but bland. Choice website was down, staff acknowledged that issue but gleefully said they couldn’t or wouldn’t help us with an issue because we used booking.com
