Disliked: We arrived to the property last min since the city was snowed in. The bed was too small and uncomfortable for us and we asked to move to a room with a bigger bed. The front desk agent did not provide any more options. The hotel was old and musty smelling as well. We asked to cancel however said we could not because we booked through booking.com. We left and went to another hotel. I sent a request through booking.com to contact the property to make an exception and there was no reply from the hotel. They took advantage of the policy and took our money.

Liked: I liked it all. Only thing I didn't like wasn't the Hotels fault. Full of hockey tournament people and they were loud. Woke me really early with the loud talking, sounded like they were standing right outside door. Otherwise stay was great, second time staying here.

Liked: The location was perfect for our travel needs. We enjoyed the room configuration as well as the breakfast offerings.
Disliked: No elevator.
