Liked: Location was convenient.Room and bathroom and halls were clean.Breakfast was well- organized, plenty of choices and area was clean.Staff at front desk and breakfast were friendly, helpful and happy .The call to our room after checking in was very much appreciated.

Liked: Needed a place to work, due to the power outage.Staff and facilities were great! Only negatives I would point out is that the mattress could definitely use a refresh, and the fridge ended up freezing everything put inside of it (which I let front desk know about).

Liked: Locations is convenient right beside the 401!! Our room was clean and cozy on the ground floor which made for easy unloading with a parking spot right outside our sliding glass doors. We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary, the staff surprised us with room decor on the bed. It was perfect and so appreciated!
Disliked: The bed was very springy and noisy whenever myself or my spouse would move in it. My spouse is heavier set, which made sleeping on the bed uncomfortable and left him with a sore back. Anytime he tossed and turned, it would bounce the mattress and make so much noise.
