Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast. Very nice hotel; excellent price and convenient to all the restaurants and sights. Staff was very nice also.

Liked: Location is easy to find, lobby looks nice on arrival. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. It’s very close to the airport and IX Center- which is why my sister and I stay here for the same event every year.
Disliked: I think they may have new staff or ownership since the last time I stayed here because the whole vibe felt different. The hours for breakfast were different from before, so we were unable to partake. They used to be until at least 10am, and now it’s only 6-9am. They also rope off the breakfast seating area when not in use, and that was never like this before- it felt awkward to me- because I specifically remember on several prior occasions being able to sit in that area during non breakfast hours and relax, visit with my sister etc. I’ve stayed here at least 6-7 times and this stay just felt different. The cleaning staff clearly didn’t look in the room fridge because there was a half drank bottle of sparkling seltzer water in it on arrival, and the headboard on the bed I slept in was broken/cracked and they literally had just cover it all up with scotch tape.
